INGREDIENTS

2 lbs cod fillets
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Small tortillas

SAUCE
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Sriracha sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cumin
Salt (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, honey, a pinch of cumin, lime zest, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste, then set aside in the fridge so it can thicken slightly.

STEP 2: Season the Fish
Pat the cod dry. Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with salt, cumin, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little extra salt and pepper.

STEP 3: Air Fry the Cod
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F. Arrange the fish in a single layer and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until the edges are lightly crisp and the fish flakes easily.

STEP 4: Warm the Tortillas
Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or wrap them in foil and warm in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes.

STEP 6: Assemble the Tacos
Fill each tortilla with pieces of cod, spoon the sauce over the top, and finish with desired toppings (avocado, feta or cotija cheese, red onion, etc.). Enjoy!
